Fei Long Street fighter 2 Turbo

Fei Long was one of my first vinyl model kits, it needed a LOT of epoxy putty (i think about half a box of Tamiya quick type epoxy putty) along with a bunch thinned down modeling putty (about 25% thinner to 75% Tamiya modeling putty) to re sculpt his musculature and try to make everything seamless.
